1. Ear pain - Grind onion and sieve its juice with a cloth. Then after heating it and putting 4 drops in the ear, the ear pain ends.

2. Toothache- Grind fine turmeric and rock salt, mix it with pure mustard oil and brush it twice a day, it ends toothache.

3. Tooth teeth - Finely grind camphor with fingers and rub it on the teeth. Clean the holes well. Then pressing the camphor under the eyes for some time can definitely eliminate toothache.

4. Stomach worms of children - If there are bugs in the stomach of young children, then by heating onion juice in the morning and evening, after drinking 1 tola, the worms must die. 11. Cough: Toast alum on a griddle and grind it finely. After that, mixing sugar mixed in the powder of 3 ratti alum and taking it in the morning, afternoon and evening can cure cough.

12. Urine burning sensation - Finely chop fresh bitter gourd. Again, rub it thoroughly with hands. Collect bitter gourd water in steel or glass pan. Make the same dose of 50 grams of water and drink it thrice (morning, afternoon and evening) to cure the burning sensation and burning sensation of urine.

13. Boils - Grind the soft leaves of neem and cook it in goat (some hot form) by tying it with a light cloth on the boils, and cures chronic and incurable boils.
14. Headache - Grind dry ginger very finely and mix it with goat's pure milk and pull it repeatedly from the nose, it provides relief in all types of headaches.

15. Sugar (sugar) in urine - After drying dried kernels of jambule and grind it finely and filter it with fine cloth. Taking sugar with fresh water 3 times a day (morning, afternoon and evening) stops sugar syrup with urine. Apart from this, drinking 2 tola juice of fresh bitter gourd regularly also benefits in the above disease.

16. Weakness of the brain - Grind the seeds of henna for half a day and drink it with pure honey 3 times a day (morning, afternoon and evening), it ends the weakness of the brain and improves memory and also relieves headache.

17. Migraine pain - By rubbing 3 Ratti camphor and Malayagiri sandalwood with rose water (if the amount of rose water is more) by pulling through the nose, pain of migraine is definitely eliminated.

18. Bloody diarrhea - Grind the kernels of 2 tola berries with fresh water, and after drinking 1 glass in the morning for 4-5 days, bloody diarrhea stops. Sugar or any other substance should not be added to it.

19. Catarrh - Heat 1 pav cow's milk and grind 12 seeds of black pepper and 1 Tola Mishri in it and mix it in milk and drink it at night while sleeping. In 5 days, the cold will be completely cured or 1 Tola Mishri and 8 seeds of black pepper grind with fresh water, heated and drink like tea and do not bathe for 5 days.

20. Mandagni - Cut small pieces of ginger into lemon juice and mix nominal rock salt and keep it in a glass pot. Eat 5-7 pieces daily with food, the fire will disappear.

21. Abdominal disorders - Celery, black pepper and rock salt - mix these three together and make the powder. All three should be equal. All types of abdominal diseases are cured by consuming this powder regularly with warm water at bedtime every night (by volume).

22. Removing obesity - Drinking 1 glass of lemon juice in an empty stomach every day eliminates obesity. This should be done continuously for 3 months. This experiment is especially beneficial during summer and rainy days.

अक्सर घर के बुजुर्गों के पास ही हर समस्या का समाधान मिल जाया करता है, जो रामबाण इलाज होता है। ऐसी ही कुछ छोटी-मोटी स्वास्थ्य समस्याएं हैं, जि‍न्हें हल करने के लि‍ए दादी मां के यह 22 रामबाण घरेलू नुस्खे ही काफी हैं । जरूर जानिए ...


1. कान दर्द - प्याज पीसकर उसका रस कपड़े से छान लें। फिर उसे गरम करके 4 बूंद कान में डालने से कान का दर्द समाप्त हो जाता है।

2. दांत दर्द - हल्दी एवं सेंधा नमक महीन पीसकर, उसे शुद्ध सरसों के तेल में मिलाकर सुबह-शाम मंजन करने से दांतों का दर्द बंद हो जाता है।

3. दांतों के सुराख - कपूर को महीन पीसकर दांतों पर उंगली से लगाएं और उसे मलें। सुराखों को भली प्रकार साफ कर लें। फिर सुराखों के नीचे कपूर को कुछ समय तक दबाकर रखने से दांतों का दर्द निश्चित रूप से समाप्त हो जाता है।

4. बच्चों के पेट के कीड़े - छोटे बच्चों के पेट में कीड़े हों तो सुबह एवं शाम को प्याज का रस गरम करके 1 तोला पिलाने से कीड़े अवश्य मर जाते हैं। धतूरे के पत्तों का रस निकालकर उसे गरम करके गुदा पर लगाने से चुन्ने (लघु कृमि) से आराम हो जाता है।

5. गिल्टी का दर्द - प्याज पीसकर उसे गरम कर लें। फिर उसमें गो-मूत्र मिलाकर छोटी-सी टिकरी बना लें। उसे कपड़े के सहारे गिल्टी पर बांधने से गिल्टी का दर्द एवं गिल्टी समाप्त हो जाती है।

6. पेट के केंचुए एवं कीड़े - 1 बड़ा चम्मच सेम के पत्तों का रस एवं शहद समभाग मिलाकर प्रात:, मध्यान्ह एवं सायं को पीने से केंचुए तथा कीड़े 4-5 दिन में मरकर बाहर निकल जाते हैं।

7. छोटे बच्चों को उल्टी दस्त - पके हुए अनार के फल का रस कुनुकुना गरम करके प्रात:, मध्यान्ह एवं सायं को 1-1 चम्मच पिलाने से शिशु-वमन अवश्य बंद हो जाता है।

8. कब्ज दूर करने हेतु - 1 बड़े साइज का नींबू काटकर रात्रिभर ओस में पड़ा रहने दें। फिर प्रात:काल 1 गिलास चीनी के शरबत में उस नींबू को निचोड़कर तथा शरबत में नाममात्र का काला नमक डालकर पीने से कब्ज निश्चित रूप से दूर हो जाता है।

9. आग से जल जाने पर - कच्चे आलू को पीसकर रस निकाल लें, फिर जले हुए स्थान पर उस रस को लगाने से आराम हो जाता है। इसके अतिरिक्त इमली की छाल जलाकर उसका महीन चूर्ण बना लें, उस चूर्ण को गो-घृत में मिलाकर जले हुए स्थान पर लगाने से आराम हो जाता है।

10. कान की फुंसी - लहसुन को सरसों के तेल में पकाकर, उस तेल को सुबह, दोपहर और शाम को कान में 2-2 बूंद डालने से कान के अंदर की फुंसी बह जाती है अथवा बैठ जाती है तथा दर्द समाप्त हो जाता है।

11. कुकुर खांसी - फिटकरी को तवे पर भून लें और उसे महीन पीस लें। तत्पश्चात 3 रत्ती फिटकरी के चूर्ण में समभाग चीनी मिलाकर सुबह, दोपहर और शाम को सेवन करने से कुकुर खांसी ठीक हो जाती है।

12. पेशाब की जलन - ताजे करेले को महीन-महीन काट लें। पुन: उसे हाथों से भली प्रकार मल दें। करेले का पानी स्टील या शीशे के पात्र में इकट्ठा करें। वही पानी 50 ग्राम की खुराक बनाकर 3 बार (सुबह, दोपहर और शाम) पीने से पेशाब की कड़क एवं जलन ठीक हो जाती है।

13. फोड़े - नीम की मुलायम पत्तियों को पीसकर गो-घृत में उसे पकाकर (कुछ गरम रूप में) फोड़े पर हल्के कपड़े के सहारे बांधने से भयंकर एवं पुराने तथा असाध्य फोड़े भी ठीक हो जाते हैं।
14. सिरदर्द - सोंठ को बहुत महीन पीसकर बकरी के शुद्ध दूध में मिलाकर नाक से बार-बार खींचने से सभी प्रकार के सिरदर्द में आराम होता है।

15. पेशाब में चीनी (शकर)- जामुन की गुठली सुखाकर महीन पीस डालें और उसे महीन कपड़े से छान लें। अठन्नीभर प्रतिदिन 3 बार (सुबह, दोपहर और शाम) ताजे जल के साथ लेने से पेशाब के साथ चीनी आनी बंद हो जाती है। इसके अतिरिक्त ताजे करेले का रस 2 तोला नित्य पीने से भी उक्त रोग में लाभ होता है।

16. मस्तिष्क की कमजोरी - मेहंदी का बीज अठन्नीभर पीसकर शुद्ध शहद के साथ प्रतिदिन 3 बार (सुबह, दोपहर और शाम) सेवन करने से मस्तिष्क की कमजोरी दूर हो जाती है और स्मरण शक्ति ठीक होती है तथा सिरदर्द में भी आराम हो जाता है।

17. अधकपारी का दर्द - 3 रत्ती कपूर तथा मलयागिरि चंदन को गुलाब जल के साथ घिसकर (गुलाब जल की मात्रा कुछ अधिक रहे) नाक के द्वारा खींचने से अधकपारी का दर्द अवश्य समाप्त हो जाता है।

18. खूनी दस्त - 2 तोला जामुन की गुठली को ताजे पानी के साथ पीस-छानकर, 4-5 दिन सुबह 1 गिलास पीने से खूनी दस्त बंद हो जाता है। इसमें चीनी या कोई अन्य पदार्थ नहीं मिलाना चाहिए।

19. जुकाम - 1 पाव गाय का दूध गरम करके उसमें 12 दाना कालीमिर्च एवं 1 तोला मिश्री- इन दोनों को पीसकर दूध में मिलाकर सोते समय रात को पी लें। 5 दिन में जुकाम बिलकुल ठीक हो जाएगा अथवा 1 तोला मिश्री एवं 8 दाना कालीमिर्च ताजे पानी के साथ पीसकर गरम करके चाय की तरह पीयें और 5 दिन तक स्नान न करें।

20. मंदाग्नि - अदरक के छोटे-छोटे टुकड़े करके नींबू के रस में डालकर और नाममात्र का सेंधा नमक मिलाकर शीशे के बर्तन में रख दें। 5-7 टुकड़े नित्य भोजन के साथ सेवन करें, मंदाग्नि दूर हो जाएगी।

21. उदर विकार - अजवाइन, कालीमिर्च एवं सेंधा नमक- इन तीनों को एक में ही मिलाकर चूर्ण बना लें। ये तीनों बराबर मात्रा में होने चाहिए। इस चूर्ण को प्रतिदिन नियमित रूप से रात को सोते समय गरम जल के साथ सेवन करने से (मात्रा अठन्नीभर) सभी प्रकार के उदर रोग दूर हो जाते हैं।
