Generic drugs are drugs that have the same active ingredients, the same dosage, the same route of administration, the same dosage form, and the same indications as the original drug (also called a patented drug or brand-name drug). However, they have important economic and social benefits such as reducing medical expenditures, increasing the availability of medicines, and improving the level of medical services. In other words, generic drugs have the same therapeutic effects and the same safety guarantees as the original drugs, but the price is much lower.

कोरोनोवायरस संकट के बीच ग्रामीण भारत में आजीविका के अवसरों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने शनिवार को 'गरीब कल्याण रोज़गार अभियान' शुरू किया। विशेष रूप से, भारत ने लाखों प्रवासी श्रमिकों को देखा जो अपनी नौकरी खो चुके थे, संकट के दौरान अपने मूल स्थानों पर लौट आए।

प्रधानमंत्री ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए बिहार के खगड़िया जिले के गांव तेलिहार से अभियान को हरी झंडी दिखाई। बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार और उपमुख्यमंत्री सुशील कुमार मोदी की उपस्थिति में प्रमुख कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया गया।

मोदी ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान कहा, "मेरे मजदूर दोस्त, देश आपकी भावनाओं और आपकी जरूरतों को समझता है। 'गरीब कल्याण रोजगार अभियान' खगड़िया, बिहार से शुरू हुआ है।"

मोदी ने आगे कहा, "COVID19 एक बहुत बड़ा खतरा है, पूरी दुनिया इससे हिल गई है लेकिन आप लंबे हैं। जिस तरह से भारत के गांवों ने कोरोना लड़ाई लड़ी है, उसने शहरों को भी सबक सिखाया है।"

6 राज्यों के 116 जिलों में 125 दिनों के अभियान का उद्देश्य प्रवासी श्रमिकों की सहायता के लिए मिशन मोड में काम करना है।

6 राज्यों में 116 जिलों में 125 दिनों के अभियान का उद्देश्य प्रवासी श्रमिकों की सहायता के लिए मिशन मोड में काम करना है। इसमें देश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रोजगार प्रदान करने और बुनियादी ढाँचा बनाने के लिए 25 विभिन्न प्रकार के कार्यों का गहन और केंद्रित कार्यान्वयन शामिल होगा। 50,000 करोड़ रुपये का संसाधन लिफाफा, पीएमओ कार्यालय ने कहा था।

अभियान में कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण, जिला खनिज निधि के अंतर्गत कार्य, अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन कार्य, गैस पाइपलाइन, जिला खनिज निधि के तहत कार्य, और आजीविका के लिए महत्वपूर्ण अन्य गतिविधियों में 25 कार्य शामिल हैं जो प्रवासी श्रमिकों को प्रदान किए जाएंगे।  

आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र, ग्रामीण सड़कें, ग्रामीण आवास, रेलवे कार्य, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में RURBAN मिशन जो शहरी क्षेत्रों, सौर पंपसेट, फाइबर ऑप्टिक केबलों के बिछाने, जल जीवन अन्य 25 कार्यों में शामिल विभिन्न कार्य हैं। 

सरकार ने 5 मई को एक बयान में कहा था कि प्रधान मंत्री गरीब कल्याण पैकेज (PMGKP) के तहत COVID -19 लॉकडाउन के बीच लगभग 39 करोड़ लोगों ने 34,800 करोड़ रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता प्राप्त की है।

इन लोगों ने सहायता प्राप्त की, जिसकी घोषणा केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने 26 मार्च को डिजिटल भुगतान अवसंरचना के माध्यम से COVID-19 के कारण लॉकडाउन के प्रभाव से बचाने के लिए की थी।

शनिवार को प्रॉपर्टी ब्रोकरेज फर्म 360 Realtors ने कहा कि हाउसिंग सेल्स को कोरोनोवायरस महामारी के फैलने के बाद 75 फीसदी तक बढ़ने का अनुमान है।

एक आभासी प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस को संबोधित करते हुए, 360 Realtors के संस्थापक और एमडी अंकित कंसल ने कहा कि कंपनी ने अप्रैल के दौरान 400 यूनिट बेची, जो पिछले साल के इसी महीने की तुलना में 33 फीसदी कम है। लगभग आधी बिक्री NRI द्वारा संचालित की गई।

उन्होंने कहा, "पिछले तीन महीनों के दौरान आवास की बिक्री 70-75 प्रतिशत कम है, जो पूर्व-सीओवीआईडी ​​स्तर की तुलना में कम है।"

"हम महामारी के बावजूद 2020-21 वित्तीय वर्ष में 20 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि की उम्मीद कर रहे हैं। आवास बाजार में वृद्धि नहीं होगी लेकिन संगठित बिल्डरों और संगठित ब्रोकरेज फर्मों की हिस्सेदारी बढ़ेगी," उन्होंने कहा।

नौकरी छूटने और वेतन में कटौती पर, कंसाल ने कहा कि कंपनी ने अपने कर्मचारियों की पोस्ट लॉकडाउन बंद नहीं की है, लेकिन वेतन में 20-50 प्रतिशत की कमी की गई है। वर्तमान में 360 Realtors के 1,200 कर्मचारी हैं।

कारोबार बढ़ाने के लिए, कंपनी शनिवार से शुरू होने वाली 10 आभासी संपत्ति प्रदर्शनियों का आयोजन करेगी और लगभग 1,000 करोड़ रुपये की बिक्री बुकिंग हासिल करने का लक्ष्य है। ये कार्यक्रम भारत में पुणे, बेंगलुरु, मुंबई और एनसीआर और खाड़ी में दुबई, कुवैत, बहरीन, ओमान और कतर में आयोजित किए जाएंगे।
