They will begin to accept what everyone suggest. They take everything to feel comfortable. But this habit is very wrong. I immediately quit this habit when I understood it. I let it go whether my stomach cleared or not. When I understood this I had the wrong habit and it will get worse, then the condition worsened, because what you do to cleanse your stomach weakens your intestine as you start taking medicine or anything that the intestine will work more slowly due to the influence of medicine and it will become weak. Also, you will have to be constantly on medication to cleanse your stomach.

Some use Triphala Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) (a powder made from 3 herbal fruits). It is very good. You can eat it in the morning, but don't make it a habit. Take fresh Indian currant, it is very good, like making salads or pickles with it. Also one can take this mixture mixed in  juice. You can use Indian gooseberry as it is good for the stomach. Also, change your eating habits. Eat properly nutritional diet and chew food thoroughly, increase the intake amount of water in your body regularly.

Second: Do not consume rich diet when you feel that your stomach is not clean. Don't even think about eating when the time is not right. Drink water if your stomach is not clean one glass every morning. Drink lukewarm water frequently, such as one cup in an hour and then one cup continuously every hour the next day. Don't eat anything until you feel deeply hungry, eat lighter food when hungry, and drink less coffee and tea. Don't eat anything until you feel hungry. If you continue drinking water, this means that after 4 to 5 hours your stomach will be naturally clean after a few hours. Or the next day for sure.

 If you follow this natural technique (less food, lots of water), your stomach will slowly purify itself if you make it a habit. Now, the exercises. In the morning or at night, if your intestines are weak, it will become stronger, and will function to create bowel movement, expel stored waste in the body and your intestine will perform better.

The first method:

Exercise you need to do for this, I'll show you now. Minimum twice a day. When you wake up in the morning, boil some water and sit in a position on the bed, if you cannot sit on the floor, you can use pillows under the buttocks. Sitting in straight position, drink water in this position, sit with your knees together, and change your position after drinking the water. This is one type of exercise. It is made for the intestine to work perfectly. Open your legs to your ability, and make a pair of hands this way. Your knee should be next to your elbows. Meaning, the elbows are inside the knees. Sit in this position for as long as possible. Breathe normally or exhale through your mouth and inhale through your nose. Stay in this position. When doing this work twice a day, one of them is in the evening before eating. Drink warm water slowly. You will slowly get results when you do this. The first two to four days will be used to release the gas if the stored pressure builds up again. Pressure does not create this problem. The stress arises when taking herbs or drugs. No issue. When you continue this for 2-4 days, twice daily with enough water, the pressure will increase again. So, sit back in this position. Go to the bathroom when you feel stressed. Its okay if the pressure isn't building up, keep it going for as long as possible. Straight waist this way.

And the second Method:

Is that some people cannot sit due to their knee pain, and the second method is if you suffer from constipation and generate gases, and your stomach feels full but you want to clarify sitting in this way you can use pillows, it should be the soles of the feet. Hips above heels, do not put your hands too far, sit in a comfortable position. Sit this way. You can sit this way or this way if you watch TV. You can read a book. Sit normally for a while. The gas will pass out if they have to, the stomach will become lighter, and I had pressure when I encountered the problem for 2-3 days straight. Some patients feel a little pressure, which means the stomach will be fairly clean for sure. This pose will help clear the stomach and provide some relief. Hold this position if you feel your stomach is full.

Taking various medications weakens the body. You can save yourself from that loss by applying this natural technique. Your body will be in good shape as before. Your stomach will be clean if you do this and correcting your eating habit. Drink lots of water, but it's not as though the water alone leaves all other foods. Follow a balanced diet; Drink plenty of fluids the day you are facing this problem. This means that the fluid will be more than usual and the stomach will be cleaned easily.
