2. Fenugreek seed powder:

The effect of fenugreek seeds on the joints is analgesic and anti inflammatory like pain pill. For this, take half to one teaspoon powder of fenugreek seeds with lukewarm water after dinner in the morning. You will get relief from pain.

3. Garlic Milk:

For this, put 2-3 cloves of garlic and peel in 250 grams of milk. Boil the milk. In winter, drinking this milk at night eliminates joint stiffness and provides relief in pain and swelling. According to Ayurveda, garlic destroys air, which has been considered to be the main cause of joint pain.

4. Turmeric Milk:

Turmeric is also very effective in joint pain and inflammation. For this, drinking a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder in 250 grams of milk gives you a lot of relief in a few days.

5. Rasnadi decoction and castor oil:

Rasnadi is a very famous medicine for decoction and castor oil joint pain. For this, boil one teaspoon of Rasnadi decoction, which is available in the market only, in 200 ml of water. After remaining 50 ml water, filter it down. Now add 20 ml quantity of castrol oil to this water. Drink warm at night. Due to this, joint pain, swelling, stiffness is eliminated, constipation is eliminated, lightening occurs in the stomach, gas ends and lightness comes in the body.

6. Massage and compress:

In Ayurveda, there are many benefits of massaging with oil made from herbs, it lubricates joints, removes stiffness, relieves pain and swelling.

For this, put 250 grams mustard oil in a pan and keep it on the gas for heating. Peel 8-10 cloves of garlic in it.

Add one teaspoon of parsley, Danamethi, dry ginger powder to the hot oil. When all the masala is cooked, take it down on cooking and keep it in a glass vial when it cools down. Massage the knees with this oil in the lukewarm sun in the morning or in whichever joint there is pain.

It gives great relief in stiffness, pain and swelling. If you want, you can also make Mahanarayan oil or Peedantak oil from the market. In which many herbs are pulsed. You can also compress with a bottle of hot water after Malis.

Note: Do not do malice if the doctor has refused for malice for any reason.

7. Exercise:

Types of Yogasana

Exercise with the opinion of the Physiotherapist or learn yoga from a yoga teacher and do yoga regularly. This keeps joints active, relieves stiffness of joints, provides relief in pain.
